Set on a 2 acre lot adjacent to a small horse farm, this 1-story 1960’s Ranch-Style home was beaming with endless opportunities. Although dated, it had been well maintained throughout the years which allowed us to tackle projects at a manageable and affordable pace. We were determined to invest as much of our own blood, sweat & tears into this house as possible - leaving only skilled labor to the professionals! The main eye sore was the kitchen which had a very dysfunctional existing layout. We ended up tearing out the entire kitchen and opening it up towards the living area, building a large peninsula with counter stool seating space.
